The solo operator's trap

You didn't go independent to become your own admin department. But here you are.

🕓

The work behind the work

Invoices, scheduling, follow-ups, proposals, reporting. None of it is billable. All of it is mandatory.

📉

Growth has a ceiling

Your income is capped by your calendar. More clients means more admin, which means less capacity.

🧩

Tool overwhelm

You've tried the AI tools. Individually they're impressive. Nobody showed you how to chain them together.

💸

Hiring isn't the answer yet

A VA costs $1,200+/month and needs managing — which is another job you don't have time for.

What's inside the Blueprint

Twelve workflows. Each one is a screenshot-by-screenshot build you can copy in under an hour.

~2 hrs / client
WORKFLOW 12

The Weekly Reset

Every Friday: what shipped, what slipped, what's owed to you, and the three things that matter Monday.

~90 min / week

How it actually works

No course. No coaching call. No twelve-week programme.

1

Grab the Blueprint

One email gets you the full PDF plus the template files. Nothing gated, nothing drip-fed.

2

Pick your worst hour

Don't build all twelve. Find the task you hate most, open that workflow, build only that one.

3

Copy the build

Every step is screenshotted with the exact settings. Average setup time is forty-five minutes.

4

Stack the next one

One workflow a week. In three months you've quietly removed most of your admin load.

Straight answers

Is this actually free, or is it a sales funnel?
The Blueprint is free and complete — there's no locked chapter and no upsell page waiting at the end. Here's the honest part: several of the tools referenced inside have affiliate programmes, and if you sign up through those links I earn a commission at no additional cost to you. That's how this stays free. Where a free alternative works just as well, it's named alongside the paid one.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every workflow is built with no-code connectors and standard settings panels. If you can set up an email filter, you can build these.
What will the tools cost me?
Nine of the twelve workflows run entirely on free tiers. The remaining three benefit from paid plans in the $15–39/month range. Each workflow states its real cost up front, and the free-tier route is documented where one exists.
Are the time savings realistic?
Straight answer: they're estimates of what each workflow is designed to save, based on how long these tasks typically take — not results from a finished twelve-week run. I'm building these publicly and documenting what actually happens, including where a number turns out to be wrong. Yours will differ anyway: someone with three clients saves less than someone with fifteen. Treat them as a directional estimate, not a promise.
What happens after I hand over my email?
You get the Blueprint immediately. After that, roughly one email a week: a new workflow or a teardown of something that broke. No daily sends, no list rental, no sharing your address. Unsubscribe link is in every email and it works on the first click.
Will this still work if I'm not technical at all?
Yes — that's who it's written for. The language is plain and every screen is pictured. If a step still won't cooperate, replying to the welcome email reaches a real person.

Your next twenty hours are already spoken for.

The only question is whether you spend them on admin — or get them back. Start with one workflow.
